My journey to becoming a Manual Osteopathic Practitioner has been shaped by experiences across healthcare, education, athletics, technology, and community service.
Originally from Iran, I earned a degree in Software Engineering and worked in several professional roles before immigrating to Canada. Throughout my life, movement, health, and sport have remained a constant passion. I studied Physical Education, coached and played competitive soccer, and later became a table tennis instructor for children.
After arriving in Canada, I continued my education, earning a Diploma in Information Systems Technology from Red River College in Winnipeg and a Master of Science degree from the University of Calgary. I also worked as a Quality Assurance Systems Tester with IBM and CP Rail. Along the way, I took on many roles—including driving a taxi and serving as a school bus driver for children with special needs—which strengthened my appreciation for people from all walks of life and the challenges they face.
My interest in helping others improve their health led me to pursue advanced studies in rehabilitation and movement sciences, including graduate studies in Physical Therapy at the University of Manitoba. These experiences ultimately guided me toward Manual Osteopathy, where I found a holistic approach that aligns with my belief that optimal health begins with balanced movement and function.
Today, through Prime Life Manual Osteopathy, I combine my diverse educational, professional, and athletic experiences to provide patient-centered care. My goal is to help individuals reduce pain, improve mobility, and achieve their highest level of function so they can enjoy a healthier, more active, and fulfilling life.
